Choose the right one

ADA # 20- Choose The Right One

If you feel the treatment is not working well for you do not stay on with the same therapist. Review your progress regularly. Do not be afraid to point out areas that you feel need improving.  Discuss with your therapist how you could work together for better results.

Do your research properly on how to choose a therapist. Rapport and trust is very important in everything or anyone you choose. Also make sure that your therapist comes from a qualified training center. Always check for credentials.

Differrent Time Zones

ADA # 18 - Different Time Zones

Teenagers have a different body clock to people of other ages. They are “pre-programmed” to stay up later and can sleep- in well into the afternoon! ( Parents, do not fret, your teen is normal!)   So aim for eight or nine hours of sleep a night if you want to be in top form at school or college.
